- $100 Registration Fee/Team (Includes Player IDs)
- $85/Team/Game, (*$75/Team/Game if Full Season Fee paid in Advance)

- 1st Place: $750, Champion Trophy, Player Medals
- 2nd Place: $450, Trophy, Player Medals
- 3rd Place: $200, Trophy
League Format:
- 8 vs 8 Games (7 + Goalkeeper)
- 2 X 25 Min Halves
- No Offsides, Kick Ins
- Round Robin League Play for Playoff Placement
Playoffs:
- 1st & 2nd Place Bye
- 3 vs 14, 4 vs. 13, 5 vs. 12, 6 vs 11, 7 vs 10, 8 vs 9. Winners Move on to next round.
